Curved Handle Glass Drop Cone 14MM

A coloured glass drop cone with a long curved handle sweeping down from the rim like a horn — much more of a handle than the short stub on our plain cones, and easier to grip firmly. The example shown is a deep teal bowl spotted with white, on a black-and-white twisted handle, over a frosted 14 mm male ground joint.

Why the long handle

It gives you leverage to twist the cone free of a ground joint that has tightened, and it keeps your fingers well clear of the bowl. The trade-off is that it protrudes, so it wants a little care in storage.
